Board of Directors

	Jonathon Friedmann is a founding partner at Rudolph Friedmann LLP, a full-service law firm in Boston, MA. He has provided legal services to members of the Boston community for over 25 years. In doing so he has obtained record-setting verdicts for plaintiffs and defendants. He also has helped many clients to start and grow numerous diverse businesses.
	Dr. Lawrence Kaufman is a successful business leader with CEO, COO and Director experience in a wide variety of technology-based firms. He is currently CEO of Lightwave Power, Inc., a solar energy company, a partner and advisor to The Pinnacle Acquisition Group, a private firm that acquires underperforming technology companies to renew them and a director of MEMSIC, Inc. and Sionex Corporation. Before this he was a founder and CEO of Sionex Corporation, a development-stage company producing proprietary miniature chemical detectors and was also a Director of The MicroOptical Corporation, now called MyVu Corporation.
	Richard Tuck is Managing Partner at Rosemont/Blakely Group. He is an attorney and has been a real estate investor and developer for over 30 years.
	Alex Seriy is an instructor and curriculum designer. He combines his passion for teaching with the secrets of his trade as a Computer Scientist and software engineer to realize his life-long dream of educating children. He is the Principle of Top Banana Academy and provides math classes at the after-school center in Newton, MA. Prior to that, he was a Software Configuration Management consultant helping computer software development teams in different industries design, remediate, and streamline processes associated with product development, delivery and support.
